You can easily see how she fight the tears while hugging this small boy. Miley never told the media that she's going to Haiti (in this picture, it's her second time there) so you can't really say that she did it for the media. She has done so many things that she didn't promote (as far as I know, she never promotes herself) or talked about. That's because she has an extremely big heart.
